FAQ

Common questions

Why isn't there pricing on the site?
Because a posted price would be wrong for most jobs. The same 3×8 banner changes price with material weight, finishing, quantity, turnaround and destination — and the same is true of cards, booklets and signs. We quote each job against current production costs, so the number you get is the number you pay.
I don't have artwork. Can you design it?
Yes — we have designers in house. That covers fixing a file that isn't press-ready, laying out a piece from your logo and copy, designing something from scratch, and logo or brand identity work. File fixes are free with your order; original design is quoted separately, usually a flat fee per piece, and you'll see the number before anyone starts. The final artwork is yours to keep and use elsewhere.
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, packaged INDD, PSD and high-resolution TIFF or JPG. Build in CMYK, include 0.125" bleed on small format (more on banners and rigid signs), keep live text 0.25" inside the trim, and outline your fonts. Not sure whether your file is ready? Send it over and we'll check it — that part costs nothing.
Can you match a specific color?
We can target Pantone values and match closely on most processes, and can run a hard proof when color is critical. Exact matches vary by substrate — vinyl, uncoated stock and fabric each render the same file differently. Tell us up front that color is critical and we'll plan for it.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard production is typically 2–5 business days plus transit, depending on the product. Many items support next-day and same-day rush. Give us your in-hand date and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. One banner is a perfectly good order. Larger quantities cost less per piece, and we'll show you where the price breaks fall so you can decide.
Do you work with resellers and agencies?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We blind ship with no MartianPrint branding on the packaging or paperwork, so shipments arrive looking like they came from you. Ask about trade pricing with your first quote request.
What if my order arrives wrong?
Contact us within 5 business days with photos. If the product doesn't match the approved proof or the specs we quoted, we reprint or refund. Errors inside a customer-approved file are the exception — which is why we preflight everything before it runs.
